Kimberly-Clark Corporation is planning to to bring some fun back to school this fall! They have partnered with Box Tops for Education to launch the "Rock Your School" sweepstakes to offer parents a chance to win 100,000 Bonus Box Tops, plus an exclusive concert featuring Radio Disney Star Jordan Pruitt. How fun is that?
Box Tops for Education is a fundraising program that suppports schools by providing cash for each Box Top that consumers send in from participating brands. Schools are always in need of new effective learning tools. When I was teaching elementary school, we used to compete between grade levels to see who could collect the most Box Tops for the school. It was a fun and beneficial project for the entire school.
With 100,000 Box Tops for Education (that's equivalent to $10,000!), a school could get a mobile cart complete with 20 wireless laptops that could travel from classroom to classroom. The Box Tops could also be used to buy enough No. 2 pencils to stretch across more than 145 football fields! Or, how about taking a class field trip to the Smithsonian? Students could fly from Los Angeles to Washington D.C. with all air and hotel expenses included! And, don't forget that in addition to the 100,000 Bonus Box Tops prize, the winning school will also receive a concert featuring pop singer Jordan Pruitt.
Parents of students in grades K through 8 can enter the sweepstakes daily June 28 through Sept. 15 via tear pads in participating retail stores or online at www.RockBacktoSchool.com. More than 1,000 winners will enjoy prizes, including 1,000 Bonus Box Tops and autographed copies of one of Pruitt’s CDs. One grand prize winner will win a Jordan Pruitt concert at their child’s school and 100,000 Bonus Box Tops. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around Sept. 22.
Look for Box Tops on Kimberly-Clark brands like Huggies diapers, Scott tissue, Viva paper towels, and Poise pads. Good luck!
